Subodh GUPTA's solo exhibition, Inner Garden, opens at ARARIO GALLERY in Anguk-dong, Seoul, on September 4 and will run until October 12. This marks his first solo exhibition in Korea in 10 years. GUPTA has risen to prominence in the international art scene with his distinctive works made from everyday, often mundane objects. Under his belief that "the most ordinary things are the most sacred," he has collected worn and shabby items like bowls and pots, using them as tools to reflect on globalization, urbanization, and life itself.
