[News] Enjoy the beauty of various sculptures… 'Walking through the space'

This year's first special exhibition "Walking through the space" is being held at the Suseong Artpia's exhibition rooms 1 and 2 in Daegu. Suseong Artpia introduced an art director system to showcase various genres and themes starting this year. The exhibition was planned by Kang Hyo Yeon, director of the Nusfair Art Research Institute (former artistic director of Daegu Art Power Plant), as the artistic director.

 

Um Tae-jung (86) from Mungyeong, one of the first generation of abstract sculptures in Korea, shows the beauty of metal sculpture work that has been studied for 60 years. His works, which contain concerns about material, shape and space, are delivered exclusively to visitors, allowing them to think about space and sculpture.
