Subodh GUPTA (60), a leading contemporary artist from India, is renowned for his sculptures that either reassemble or recreate everyday objects such as metal tiffin boxes, bicycles, and milk cans, often on a monumental scale. Known for reinterpreting the mundane objects of Indian life and discovering the sacred within the ordinary, GUPTA will be holding his solo exhibition, Inner Garden, at ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL, starting from September 4.
