LEE Dongwook (48) is holding a solo exhibition titled Red and Shiny at ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL from October 4 to October 12. He is known for his delicate figurative sculptures made from a type of polymer clay called Sculpey. This exhibition, his first in eight years, showcases a total of 13 sculptures and installation works that highlight variations in materials and forms. The pieces are the result of his exploration of the relationships encompassing nature and society, as well as the vitality embedded in the nature of materials.
