The solo exhibition Lost in Garden by sculptor KIM Byoungho (50) is currently on view at ARARIO GALLERY SEOUL in Wonseo-dong, Seoul.
The exhibition showcases 15 sculptures crafted primarily from metals such as bronze, stainless steel, and aluminum, spanning three floors. Among the pieces on display are elliptical metallic forms with ends that appear to swell outward and shapes where flat surfaces seem to bulge on both sides. While three-dimensional, these works trace their origins to the fundamental geometric elements of straight lines and planes.
Focusing on newly created works from this year, the exhibition also features Horizontal Garden, initially presented in 2018 at ARARIO GALLERY SHANGHAI. The exhibition will run through February 8 next year.
