HWANG Gyutae, who has been running at the forefront of experimental photographs for the past 60 years, is holding a solo exhibition (until October 8th) under the title "Thousands of Colors, 60 Years" at Arario Gallery Cheonan. This is the second large-scale exhibition this year to introduce his overall work, following the exhibition HWANG Gyutae, "Fall in against photography," held at the Goeun Museum of Photography in Busan from January to March. In the past, he was called a "problematic writer," but he has recently been evaluated by the photography industry as "expanding the possibility of photography with a new way of expression."
